Martı, the only restaurant in the bay beneath the castle, gives you a full island pleasure thanks to its location nearby the sea. Open all day long, it’s an ideal place for breakfast under the morning sun as faces to east. You may either sit at a seaside table or at the indoor section. You are free to enjoy a meal at your table placed either on the marble stones in the beach or the small pier over the sea. Of course, there is no need to mention your freedom to swim. The clean seas of the island may attract you to itself anytime.

Martı’s menu featuring special Aegean herbs (i.e. nettle, cibes, radika, turpotu, radish) offers various delicious fresh mezes made daily. Nettled pastry, melted goat chees on leaves, aubergine with cheese, salads made of island herbs are to name a few tastes that you should try. By the way, all sea products, namely calamary, octopus, schrims and lobsters are collected from the sea...

The outdoor restaurant is enclosed with a glass partition which allows you to sit comfortably in famous strong winds of Bozcaada. You must enjoy to eat here in stormy weather amidst the tides.
