Boruzan Restaurant, one of the oldest in the island, was first opened in the Aya Paraskevi Manastre in Ayazma. Then, they opened Boruzan, now located in the Ayazma beach. The restaurant in the Manastre’s garden is only open on July 26 for the Ayazma festival. The Greeks coming from all around the world celebrate the festival here and taste all kind of delicious food served by the restaurant. The celebration is open to everyone and food and alcoholic drinks are served.

Boruzan Restaurant is one of first restaurants opened in Ayazma beach. Mehmet’s wife is responsible from the kitchen. Do not miss the chance to taste gozleme, raw pastry and the special ravioli cooked by a very experienced hand.
