Aral Holiday Farm conforms with the historical and natural atmosphere of Bozcaada. The hotel was turned from a 100 years old farm into a comfortable lodging space. Aral family used to be one of the biggest wine manufacturers of Bozcaada. The couple Ahmet and Arzu Aral, heirs of the family, decided to renovate their wineyard house at the old Greek farm inherited from their father 8 years ago and share their memories with their guests. Nestled on 14 thousand square meters of land, the farm is covered with vineyards from all around. There are also pear, pine, fig, olive, quince, pomegranate, plum, peach and almond trees in the garden.

The farm consists of two sections. The first section consists of 10 nostalgical rooms formed by the renovation of 100 years old stone buildings whilst the second section consists of 14 standard rooms that fits the island arthitecture all with A/C. Some apartments’ names in the first section include Pırpır Damı, Karasakız, Arılık, Vasilaki and Saman Damı. A few rooms in this section have 2 rooms. It is suitable for accomodation with the family or a group of friends.

In the garden, there is a countryside restaurant which also serves to outside customers. Built around a hundred years old well, the restaurant offers a pleasing dining experience from the morning till evening.

Continuing production in Mürefte, Aral Winery also continues to use island grapes in wine making. The menu of the restaurant features all Aral wines. You may be surprised to see the famous Dimitrakopulo among them. You are with the family who has been manufacturing this famous wine for exactly 75 years.

You may walk around the farm, ride a bicycle or play table tennis or volleyball all day long. You can also ride a horse. There is a kindergarten at the backyard.

The farm owners arrange trips to Polente Lighthouse for you to witness the amazing sunset in summer season. The trip made on a tractor to the West Cape where the sunset can be seen at its best, a barbeque awaits you around a bonfire at the farm. These trips are subject to charge.

The farm opens on April 20th with room+breakfast service. They start to serve half pension as of July 1st until they close on October 31st.
